China has long history and many types of
cuisines. There is an area which is located in the north-east of China, it has
abundant natural resources and also rich food material.
The north-east food has unique style and
special nutritive value.
In Qing Dynasty, the last Emperor Puyi
established palaces in Changchun, which then become a policital central. The
palace collected many famous cook from all over the country, especially the
cooks from Shandong province. Therefore the North-east cuisine has mix the
style of Shandong cuisine.
The most famous food material in north-east
is fungus, like nut-tree mushroom, white and yellow mushroom…… these mushroom
all come from the deep mountains and forests. Most of them are green and
organic food. They are so delicious.
I have been in the country of this area, and
the enthusiasm of these people impressed me so much.
Kang, stewed chick with mushroom, double
cooked pork slices, and the full measure of the food is too special to make me
forget.
Eating with whole family members on Kang
and wear fur lined parka go to the forest in snow, such amazing experience!!!
